The Complete PDA Protocol

A personal message and a new way forward for families living with PDA

If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’re exhausted.

Not just tired—but worn down from trying everything you were told should work, only to watch things stay the same or get harder. You may have followed the advice, changed your parenting, advocated fiercely, lowered demands, raised supports, and held on longer than you ever thought possible.

And still—nothing has truly shifted.

I want you to know this before anything else:that does not mean you’ve failed. It means the support you were given was incomplete.

Over the years, many of you have asked how I work with families whose children don’t respond to traditional parenting strategies, therapy models, or school-based interventions—especially when PDA is part of the picture.

Today, I want to answer that clearly.

I’m officially launching The Complete PDA Protocol—the most comprehensive way I support families inside the Wild Child framework. This protocol brings together everything I’ve learned from years of working with PDA-profile nervous systems, supporting parents in deep burnout, and walking families through situations where nothing else seemed to help.

The Complete PDA Protocol is designed for families who are ready to move beyond crisis management and into real, sustainable change.

Not just coping.Not just surviving.But rebuilding capacity—together.

Why PDA Requires a Different Approach

I’m going to be very direct—because families living with PDA don’t need vague hope or half-solutions.

What most parents of PDA kids have been told to do does not work. And continuing to force it often makes things worse.

Behavior charts, consequences, compliance-based therapy, “just hold the boundary,” “don’t accommodate”—these approaches are built for nervous systems that respond to pressure with adaptation.

PDA nervous systems do not.

For PDA profiles, pressure increases threat. Threat shuts down access to skills. Over time, this doesn’t just stall progress—it erodes trust, connection, and hope.

That’s why I built something new.

Introducing the Complete PDA Protocol

The Complete PDA Protocol is the most comprehensive way I work with PDA families, and it officially launches in March.

This protocol is for parents who are done cycling through strategies, therapies, and plans that ignore how their child’s nervous system actually works.

This isn’t behavior management. It’s about stopping what’s making things worse.

Behavior isn’t the issue.A dysregulated nervous system is—and this protocol supports the whole family.

🌿The Wild Child Empowerment System

Relational repair, nervous-system safety, and sustainable parenting

Why this exists

Most parenting advice—even well-meaning advice—centers on control. Compliance. Consistency. Holding the line.

For PDA nervous systems, this approach doesn’t build skills—it creates threat. And over time, that threat shows up as shutdown, explosions, avoidance, or complete burnout.

I created the Wild Child Empowerment System because I’ve lived this reality. I’ve seen how quickly control-based approaches backfire, and how devastating it feels when your connection with your child starts slipping through the cracks while you’re doing your absolute best.

This system exists to offer a different foundation—one that prioritizes your child and your relationship with them. It offers something many parents have never truly been given before: permission to trust their child, and permission to hope for their future again.

Even parents who have dropped demands and tried to hand over power often still carry hidden fear and urgency. And when low-demand turns into isolation—when you can’t leave the house, when your child needs you constantly, when there’s no time left to refuel or heal yourself—it can feel crushing and inescapable.

The Wild Child Empowerment System guides a true shift at a heart and nervous-system level. It provides clear steps, lived experience, and neuroscience-backed support so you can become grounded and steady again—especially in the hardest moments. As you step into your own empowerment, your child begins to access theirs.

🌿The Deep Reset

Reducing physiological load so capacity can return

Why this exists

You cannot build regulation, resilience, or skills on top of a nervous system that is overloaded.

This work exists because too many families are being asked to “parent better” while their child’s body is under constant internal stress—from heavy metals, chronic strep, mold exposure, and other environmental or immune burdens that dramatically intensify PDA, anxiety, OCD, PANDAS, and sensory overwhelm.

This is deeply personal for me. I lived through it after unknowingly living in a home with hidden mold. I watched my own nervous system—and my children’s—lose access to skills they once had.

Leaving the environment and supporting our bodies through a deep reset didn’t “fix” anyone. It removed invisible barriers that were keeping capacity locked down.

Physiological stressors overload detox pathways that are often already compromised in neurodivergent children and adults. They drive inflammation, disrupt gut health, impact immune function, and magnify emotional and sensory challenges.

The Deep Reset exists to reduce that load—so the nervous system can stabilize and everything else you’re working so hard on can finally stick.

🌿The Wild Child Advantage: Free to Thrive

Seeing your child clearly again

Why this exists:

Burnout hides brilliance.

When exhaustion, shutdown, explosions, and daily battles dominate life, it becomes nearly impossible to see your child clearly—let alone believe they can thrive again.

This work exists because so many children are being viewed through a deficit lens, when what they actually need is to be understood through their innate strengths, wiring, and natural way of engaging with the world.

This 3-session deep dive peels back the layers of burnout so you can finally see who your child is beneath the stress. You begin to understand what brings their spark back, how their energy wants to move, and how they naturally learn, engage, and express themselves.

That clarity becomes the key to guiding growth without pushing them back into burnout.

Hope starts to feel safe again.Thriving stops feeling out of reach. And trust in your child’s growth and future begins to return.

💫Important Timing

The Complete PDA Protocol s limited to 10 families.

Spots are intentionally limited to protect the depth of support.

If you’ve been thinking, “We can’t keep doing this,”this is your window to step in before things escalate further.

If you’ve made it this far, you may be noticing something shift—not excitement, but clarity.

This may be the first time an approach has explained why nothing else worked and shown you what’s actually been missing.

You don’t need to rush or convince yourself of anything. Just ask whether continuing the way things are feels sustainable—and whether having a clear, integrated path forward would change your day-to-day life.

✨ If the answer is yes, you already know what the next step is.
